This venture was created to share the inspiration of African American and African Diaspora. the African diaspora is the story of how Africans, though scattered dispersed, managed to retain their traditions and reform their identities in a new world. elements of African culture such as religion, language, and folklore endured and were their links to their past lives. in the process of americanization, Africans formed another culture known as Afro-Americans or Creoles. It is through this history that I look for inspiration and creativity. my blog is for those who share this interest. it is also about sharing my ideas, thoughts and inspiration, and getting my kuumba (creativity)on; meeting more talented people; being thankful for my family and friends who continue to inspire me!
